What our sales team does. . . Customer needs help
finding land? We do that. Customer needs help with zoning, title
work, surveys and set backs? We do that. Customer needs help
picking out the right design? We do that. Customer needs help
finding financing? We do that. Customer needs footers, foundation,
porches, decks, garage, permits, inspections. . ..You get the idea.
We do that. There are a thousand details to consider when you build
a new home.
Our sales team is involved in the process from beginning to end. It
looks like project management, and mortgage financing, and customer
service, and construction. We call it sales. If you aren't good at
keeping about ten balls in the air, you won't like it. But, if
you're a real SALES PRO, this could be the right job for you.
You'll have the support of our construction department and warranty
and service and insurance, but you're the key person with the
customer.

Compensation & Benefits
Two diffferent
compensation plans available. 1. Guaranteed base plus
commission. 2. Generous double digit commission percentage
based on profit, not on selling price + monthly & quarterly
bonus opportunities. Both options includes an individual company
paid health care plan + company retirement plan.
